Job Title: Lead Installer

Official Working Hours: Monday thru Thursday 6:00 am - 4:30 pm with overtime as needed
Industry: Manufacturing/Metal Fabrication/Construction

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the team at job sites to ensure projects are done correctly, safely and completed on time
Complete installation of metal products (i.e. rails, stairs, canopies, plates, etc.) at job sites
Manage equipment and tools; make sure all equipment/tools are ready for the job
Operate safety equipment and use safe work habits
Seek to improve/suggest installation techniques/tools to improve quality and efficiency
Communicate closely with the Project Manager to deliver the final product
Working from heights while harnessed for fall protection and safety

Required Skills:

EXTENSIVE experience working at construction job sites
EXTENSIVE experience working at multiple production build job sites
EXTENSIVE experience working with General Contractors at commercial job sites
Operation of Boom/Scissor Lifts at job sites
Experience with power tools and hand tools
Able to lift 50 lbs.
Able to read, understand and evaluate shop drawings/blueprints
Rigging & Heavy Lift experience
Detail-oriented, high accuracy
Self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
Situational problem solving
A hard-working, trustworthy, humble team-player

Preferred experience/knowledge that would translate well:

Extensive Metal Fabrication experience
Extensive Framing experience
Extensive Siding experience
Extensive HVAC installation experience
Other relevant Installation or Construction experience
